Philosophy: One Pacific

The formation of Tahi Pacific (NZ) Ltd in servicing our customers and suppliers in the Pacific is an endorsement of the Group’s commitment to the region. The word “Tahi” in our company name means “One” in the Maori language and it signifies our concept of “One Pacific”.

History of the Company

The Group’s operations in the Pacific region began in the late 1960 – owning and operating a distribution company in Fiji. The Group then ventured into manufacturing in Fiji and expanded offshore to New Zealand in the mid 1980s by establishing Tahi Pacific as a major importer and exporter of FMCG in the Pacific region.
